Seit Jahrzehnten ist er eine Ikone auf der Straße: Der Volkswagen T1 Camping Bus. Von Generationen geliebt, reisten schon unzählige Abenteuerlustige mit ihm um die Welt. Der Klassiker unter den Campingbussen besitzt auch in der PLAYMOBIL-Variante viele kultige Details wie die ikonographische Frontpartie in V-Form mit rotweißer Farbtrennung und rotem VW-Logo, abgerundetem Dach, geteilter Windschutzscheibe und abnehmbarem Dachgepäckträger. Beim Öffnen der Dachpartie wird der authentisch gestaltete Innenraum sichtbar. Stilecht bietet das Innere des T1 einen Klapptisch mit zwei Sitzplätzen und eine Spüle mit Kühlschrank. Die Sitzbänke mit typischem 60er-Jahre-Karomuster können in eine Liegefläche für zwei Personen umfunktioniert werden. Auch die Seitentüren lassen sich öffnen, in ihnen ist ein Regal für Lebensmittel sowie in der anderen Tür eine aufklappbare Ablage und ein Spiegel integriert.
